Liked: It was nice and clean. The employees were very nice and the breakfast was wonderful - loved it.

Liked: The front desk staff checking in and checking out were polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas ie. rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby and dining area. The wait staff in the dining area was very courteous. The juice machine was not functioning correctly and she took measures to fix it. She then let us all know that it was working again as were seated in the area.

Liked: Though grossly understaffed the staff remained exceedingly kind attentive and helpful.
Disliked: Other guests were loud and rude. Someone was smoking weed on the fourth floor because it could be smelled down the hall and in other rooms. This should have been addressed and those guests ejected from the property immediately

Liked: My family and I traveled to watch the Indoor Track and Field Championships. The Hotel was a perfect location and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean the staff was super nice. Breakfast was exceptional. There are a lot of places to eat close by for dinner. There is also a Dunkin Donuts
Disliked: there wasn;t anything that I did not like.
