Sub-standard Hotel with single-use plastic,...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious.The service by the staff was great. I would like to especially highlight Elham's contribution at the breakfast buffet. She was friendly and eager to help out.
Disliked: Unfortunately, and I am sorry to say this, but the standard of this Hotel would be unacceptable in Europe, even for a 2-star hotel.- Rooms are cold, with just aircon heating - leading to noise, unstable temperatures and dry air.- Windows are drafty, single plane windows, leading to noise and cold drafts- The hottub was dirty and smelled of old shoes/feet, there is also no place to change (Aside from the bathroom...)- The breakfast buffet featured exclusively single use plastic dishes and cutlery- Breaktfast was generally mediocrePersonally, I would never stay here again.

Cannot wait to come back...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and roomy, and the complimentary breakfast was first rate. I was able to check in later than anticipated but it was perfectly great working with Jason and the rest of the staff.
Disliked: It's not really a complaint so much as a preference. The bed was pretty tall for me to get in and, while I didn't have any issues, I did get concerned that I might have issues getting in and out of bed in the middle of the night for one reason. But again, that's only my preference. I'm not going to complain about the hotel not knowing I'm shorter.

Liked: Beds were beyond comfortable and the hot tub was hot!!!
Disliked: House keeping waking me up twice! 9:00ish and 10:30am!!! I chose this property because of the 12:00 check out time because of the late night event I came to attend. Destroyed my entire experience

Liked: We love the pool & hot tub area! My children & I love to do a little escape when we can to relax with this hotel. Elham that runs the breakfast buffet is the nicest thing & you can tell she puts love into her job. The entire staff is friendly! Overall always a great stay.
Disliked: There are signs everywhere saying quiet time is at 10…one night there was the entire lobby & children in the pool until 11. Confused why they post signs all over their hotel, but don’t enforce the rules when it’s happening literally in front on their faces that rules are being violated.

Liked: Breakfast was good. They start early too, we didn't have to wait we could eat first thing in the morning then leave for our event.
Disliked: Price on the weekends could be better.

Liked: Breakfast. Elham was the breakfast attendant and she did an excellent job. She was constantly cleaning the area and ensuring there was plenty to eat. The food was also very good.
Disliked: Was much to do in the area.
