Great Staff & Very Clean...

Liked: Hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. Raj at the front desk was very good & helpfull. Sunday morning breakfast was very good and everything was well stocked & hot! "Elham" was multitasking keeping everything going as well as keeping the tables clean. She even took extra time to assist my grandchildren with their plates. Great Staff.
Disliked: The reclining chair in the room was alittle hard.

Disliked: Hotel was sold out but only 1 person working check in day of arrival and 1 person working breakfast day of checkout. Poor planning that caused a lot of delays but everyone was in decent spirits. Pool was fine at arrival. That evening, the chlorine level was way too high. Multiple people coughing and I'll after being in the pool for 5 minutes.

Liked: Rooms were nice, hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The fact that I had to ask 4 times for clean towels. We were not informed that our room wouldn't be cleaned since we stayed 2 nights.

Liked: Clean for the most part. Staff were all friendly and doing their best.
Disliked: Didn’t seem like it have enough staff for the booked weekend. Pool was over chlorinated. Burned our eyes and throat.
