Disliked: Hotel overbooked and my room was given away, which was king with sofa sleeper. We had to fit 4 ppl in a king bed. Very uncomfortable.

Disliked: The front desk staff was disconnected and rude. Didn’t engage at all when I was asking her questions. Gave no reasoning for the questions that were asked. The pool area was a joke. Kids were all over the slide and pool area with no supervision from their parents. My girls were not even able to swim safely without the fear they would be injured from the teen boys misusing the slide and kid area. There are slide rules posted…why was this allowed to continue when the “rules” were not being followed. The front desk was notified multiple times that this was occurring. Kids should have been excused from this area. Kids were running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Parking was another joke

Overnight staff was awful!

Liked: The breakfast, pool and rooms were decent.
Disliked: The front desk staff for the overnight shift were absolutely awful and rude.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The exercise room was too warm.

Liked: Breakfast was great! The room was clean, and staff was friendly. Overall was a good experience.
Disliked: More supervision in the pool area. It was an accident waiting to happen. Kids were out of control, my kids were scared.
