Liked: The staff was efficient. The room was clean and I liked the blockout shades. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: This was called a handicap accessible room, however the tub was not handicap accessible. It was a regular tub. The hall was noisy throughout the night. Also there wasn't a comfortable chair, the desk chair didn't fit our needs. We would have liked a reading chair.

Disliked: The customer service woman charged my card to this room which I was not checking in on , me and my spouse booked a room here we were checking in under his name and canceling mine , when we went to pay for the room she charged me under my name and then canceled the room , we were told the room wasn’t charged but it took the money from the account and when we told her that she insisted we didn’t have the money on our account the room was not in fact charged and that we need to still pay the 106 on top of the 106 that was originally charged I have a statement saying that it was withdrawn twice from my account
