Nice hotel

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable and we appreciated being given interconnecting rooms for our family. The hotel is in a very convenient location for Windsor and Legoland. The reception staff were friendly and professional.
Disliked: The sofa bed was half made when we came into the room and some rubbish had been left behind. This was rectified when we complained to reception and they were apologetic. The breakfast wasn't the best as the lobby was being renovated. We were not told about this until after we had booked the rooms.

Liked: Nice comfy room with hotel in a good location for legoland and windsor castle.Sofa bed a bit small for two children sharing but manageable. Lobby currently undergoing refurbishment so we were unable to fully experience the bar or restaurant area.Breakfast was nothing special but I’m sure this would improve when refurbishment is fully complete.£15 for overnight parking, its a shame this isn’t included in the price.

Location great, a few issues...

Liked: Air conditioning didn’t work, room was a little dusty, possibly due to ongoing works within the hotel. Car park incredibly cramped, not helped by poor parking by other guests. Location was good and staff were nice and polite.
