Stay in Windsor

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. Location good.
Disliked: The lift from carpark wasn't working when we arrived so was stuck in the cold carpark until a member of staff came and lifted the security barrier.The restaurant was closed and being refurbished so a little inconvenient. Also we believed the parking was included in the booking fee. But was charged extra for it . Regards.

Reduced facilities not reflected in...

Liked: Comfortable clean rooms, staff were lovely and friendly, great location short walk into Windsor, shower was good
Disliked: Due to the grab and go breakfasts, I think the room rates should be reduced to reflect the facilities,It was the same price that it would have been for a hot breakfast and bar service which seems wrong. No stairs to use only the lift which I didn't like.

Liked: Staff on the morning we we’re leaving were very nice & helpful, location was good once we realised how close we were to the city
Disliked: Cooked breakfast as stated when booked (only continental) as refurbishing restaurant, make sure to read everything before booking

Disliked: We happened to stay when breakfast was in a grab and go bag, but it was very good.

Liked: Disappointed that there was no hot breakfast but we did know this in advance. Breakfast to Go was good but would have liked some jam to have with the croissant. Bit noisy on first night & following morning with sound of footsteps from above - possibly a child running about. Beds comfortable, rooms clean. Staff excellent
