Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Little varieties at breakfast

Liked: Room was nice and clean
Disliked: The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly and when I transferred my money to my account she was looking at my phone so hard like she was trying to get my card information or something it was really weird

A typical holiday inn

Liked: The location is close to everything especially the train station, restaurants and the river. The breakfast is great.
Disliked: The place does not have laundry services.

Inconvenienced by loud kids &...

Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast provided by the hotel
Disliked: The parking is terrible!!!! It’s an extremely tight space & the hotel has the gall to charge guests for $19.00 per day for parking. Very inconvenient!! There was also some sort of hockey event and there was an excessive amount of kids in the lobby and pool area the entire weekend. The front desk staff were fantastic & facilities were clean which is great!! We’ll go back to Ceasar’s Windsor Hotel for our future couples getaway weekend due to the parking & noise.
