Liked: The location is close to everything especially the train station, restaurants and the river. The breakfast is great.
Disliked: The place does not have laundry services.

Liked: We didn’t eat breakfast provided by the hotel
Disliked: The parking is terrible!!!! It’s an extremely tight space & the hotel has the gall to charge guests for $19.00 per day for parking. Very inconvenient!! There was also some sort of hockey event and there was an excessive amount of kids in the lobby and pool area the entire weekend. The front desk staff were fantastic & facilities were clean which is great!! We’ll go back to Ceasar’s Windsor Hotel for our future couples getaway weekend due to the parking & noise.

Liked: We looked on Booking.com for the reviews for the property and saw a 9 out of 10 rating and it wasn’t even close to that. The bed was like sleeping on plywood it was so hard. There was also water coming up from the vinyl click flooring. The air conditioner sounded like there was an army tank coming through the wall and my wife and I did not feel safe in the room. Not a good experience.
Disliked: Double check the reviews that are on your site and certify that they are legitimate. The reviews we say were not.
