Pretty good.

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: Sketchy, needed more lighting around the building so i could walk my dog.

Best hotel roomI I have...

Liked: The room was the best organized room I have ever stayed in: bedside table on each side, vanity outside of commode/shower room, plenty of utility outlets, full length mirror. All staff showed excellent customer service!!
Disliked: The elevator went out. We were on the 3rd floor. I ended up falling onto the landing on 3rd floor. I had a lot of pain in my wrist and decided to have it checked out in the ER. No fracture, just a severe sprain.

Liked: Great Staff, very welcoming,
Disliked: Food service, equipment not working, lacking supplies, not even a spoon to eat cereal. Breakfast service needs an overhaul and better planning.

Liked: Location to where I needed to be was good and quick access.
Disliked: Wasn't used to all of the extra Hy-way noise, but it wasn't bad.

Disappointing

Disliked: It was uncomfortably hot in the lobby, breakfast area and hallways. Tub would not drain and no one could fix it. Front desk staff were not friendly.

Passable

Not the worst but not...

Liked: Our stay was ok. I selected a double bed room when Ibooked on Booking.com, but they put us in a single bed room. We went back to the check in desk and the young lady said the reservation didn't specify a room type, that makes no sense to me. They ran out of hot food at the breakfast buffet early on Saturday due to some school groups that were there. They eventually refilled a few things, but they didn't seem to plan ahead for the number of people staying there. Sunday was better for the buffet, I'm assuming the school groups had left since we saw no busses or vans in the parking lot.
Disliked: The window shade in our room did not go all the way down which was sort of creepy. The inside of the hotel was fairly clean but the grounds outside have clearly been neglected. The beds were hard and lumpy and quite uncomfortable, but the sheets were clean. It wasn't a bad place, but I've definitely stayed at better Holiday Inn Express locations.
