Liked: The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. I am a disabled senior and they did not hesitate to be helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast food was not warm at all and I came down early so couldn’t understand that. The elevator did not work on my last day and I had to wait quite awhile while the front desk staff did something to reset generator or something. I am disabled so the stairs were not an option for me on my electric scooter.

Frustrating

Disliked: It has taken us over 45 minutes to check in due to complications and no manager on site or answering his phone and my kids are falling asleep in the lobby at 10:30 at night

Liked: Front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: Doing breakfast the Staff person looked angry as she was putting out the breakfast did not greet the guest with a good morning nor a smile.

Too noisy, next to commercial...

Disliked: Noise is ridiculous, you can’t sleep and it wakes you up, for this alone I wouldn’t recommend it, since I only came here to sleep.
