The customer service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. Hot fresh coffee was available 24-7. Breakfast was decent. The location was convenient to all major highways but unfortunately not near any restaurants. Overall it was a good stay.

Liked: Love the Dove Products in the bathroom.. First time seeing that.. Great product for guest.
Disliked: Although my room was clean, the carpet in the room and especially in the hallways needs EXTREME ATTENTION with heavy carpet cleaning, or pull the carpet up entirely.

Disliked: King mattress was saggy and there was a metal bar sticking out between the side. I got neck and shoulder pain so bad that I had to sleep on the carpet floor.
