Liked: I like nothing and the TV was not working i did ask the receptionist if he can fix it or change the room
Disliked: The receptionist it was not helpful when I ask for fix the TV

Liked: The casual atmosphere of the hotel
Disliked: Not easy to get to. Perhaps, signage to the entrance to the where it is off the main road could be enhanced

Liked: Such lovely, friendly staff from check-in to breakfast. Really hard-working as well.
