Good nights sleep

Liked: Good location, clean & safe
Disliked: The duty manager was rude and offensive. She was loud and arrogant. The saving grace was her male colleague who was polite and courteous.

Liked: Easy access of motorway. Other staff generally nice. Clean hotel
Disliked: Night manager. Official complaint being logged due to ger attitude & behaviour.

I had a lovely stay...

Liked: The staff were wonderful checking in was easy the staff were very well trained.I over slept like two other family's however the staff reassured the breakfast for all of us I think this was excellent going above and beyond they had every right in informing us all the breakfast were finished This in mind was a show of very good hospitality the staff were all smiling
Disliked: No comments the staff was excellent the hotel was clean fresh very welcoming.Easy parking and plenty of it.

Liked: Loved the location, staff & hotel in general
Disliked: Lighting in the room could have a brighter option & unfortunately the bed was a little too hard for me so I woke up a little stiff & achy.
