Nice Hotel-Beware of Being Overcharged

Liked: Spacious room even though it overlooked the freeway.
Disliked: I was overcharged-$25.00 above the rate in my booking confirmation. I reached out but never received a reply or adjustment from the hotel. Without resolution, I won't stay again and will warm people about the practices of this hotel.

Liked: Comfortable room. Great amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. Great for handicapped person. Loved the breakfast. Good coffee.
Disliked: Nothing from my perspective.

Liked: Basic room nothing special.
Disliked: Front desk let a person cut in front of me in line at check in. Could not open window in room for fresh air.
