Very clean hotel in a...

Liked: Staff was very friendly especially the restaurant staff and young lady who helped me understand the breakfast dining arrangements.
Disliked: The shower waste was blocked, bedside reading lamp not working and heating was turned up to 28 degrees which I did not notice until late evening.

Fairly good stay but let...

Liked: The interior was modern, the bathroom and shower were spacious. The breakfast was good and it's located centrally in Wakefield. Good value for money

Acceptable

Liked: The room and bed were comfortable. The automated air conditioning went to a high temperature and once reported to staff they immediately set it to normal which was great.
Disliked: Parking facilities are very limited and not good for longer vehicles.The breakfast was of a much lower standard compared to other Holiday Inn Express we used before. The choices were limited and the sausages were inedible. Scrambled eggs were great though.
