Exceptional

Liked: The facility was clean.The breakfast bar was great. The customer representatives were very friendly.
Disliked: Everything was great. I would highly recommend the the facilities.

Liked: We were able to check in early and check out a little late. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool was not in use. My son was looking forward to swimming so that was a bummer. And no bacon on the breakfast buffet.

No sleep at the Holiday...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Probably one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had. The mattress had an dip it, so getting comfy was extremely hard. Our room was right by the elevator so we could hear the other guest all night and early in the morning.
