Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Staff was rude, I had reserved rooms since 2 days before funeral and when I arrive at midnight I was told I couldn’t check in cause they were trying to charge me $250 more then what I was quoted even showing email she was rude and denied us to stay with that fee I had received so I had to get my kids back in car and drove around to find a hotel for me and my kids, really disappointed tired after husband funeral and the. Couldn’t get a good rest cause I had to drive around not knowing Van Nuys at all, and then days after my card tries to get charge almost $450 from this place, They are RUDE. AND LIKE TO STEAL

Very nice hotel

Liked: Hotel had been recently updated and so was my room. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also great.
Disliked: Be warned, parking is an additional $8/day. I prefer to not be surprised and have the rate clearly include parking as the filter I used was 'parking included' when I did my search.
