Deposit required on top of...
Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I didn't like that they took more money for a deposit after I already paid in advance..I have not yet received my refund.. I called and got told to wait...100.00 deposit for no reason is ridiculous and for that reason I will never stay at that hotel again.Also I had no hot water..when maintenance came they didn't speak English and didn't care or fix it..also I didn't have a cord to my phone..absolutely ridiculous for the price I paid..had to check out early because it wasn't hot water..it was barely warm..cold basically. I was miserable

Exceptional
Liked: Everything, it was quiet, even with the construction. It was clean, bright and inviting. The breakfast bar was 10/10!
Disliked: The location is a bit out of the way if you're on foot but that's my only complaint!

Excellent hotel for the money.
Liked: The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful. I have never had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn Express.
