The hotel was clean and very friendly the front desk, housekeeping was a 10 all round. We come to Tyler once a year on business - I will make it a point to book my hotel with Holiday Inn. I had the best weekend and will be back. Great place to spend the weekend - very clean, nice people, close to everything.

Liked: The front desk was welcoming and so nice. I loved how they had warm cookies in the afternoons in the lobby. That was a great treat coming back from running errands.
Disliked: The bed was the only thing I would say was bad. The bed was very high and you had to almost run and jump to get in it.

Disliked: The website said it had hit tub and there was no hot tub, the front counter said it hadn’t been updated. The room was hot, there was mold on the ceiling in our room. Nowhere in the website does it say a security deposit will be charged additional to your room, and I was charged a deposit. Pancake maker made nasty pancakes. Pool needs to be replastered, it is all chipped.

Liked: The dry sauna was a bonus surprise since I do always love me a dry sauna !The fact that ice cold citrus water was continuously offered in the lobby was extremely nice since our stay was in August. I consider that a impressive personal touch making the hotel vibe very welcoming.
Disliked: I'm not sure.. our stay was quite wonderful.

Disliked: The breakfast needs to be improved. Milk, regular and chocolate should be available. Also, more fresh fruit would be appreciated. Pancakes and sausage was very good. Orange juice was watery.
