The hotel was clean and very friendly the front desk, housekeeping was a 10 all round. We come to Tyler once a year on business - I will make it a point to book my hotel with Holiday Inn. I had the best weekend and will be back. Great place to spend the weekend - very clean, nice people, close to everything.

Liked: The front desk was welcoming and so nice. I loved how they had warm cookies in the afternoons in the lobby. That was a great treat coming back from running errands.
Disliked: The bed was the only thing I would say was bad. The bed was very high and you had to almost run and jump to get in it.

Disliked: Front desk manager was horrible told my kids they couldn't celebrate my sons birthday when a conversation with her was had a month before about the event her attitude was bad an it just was not a pleasant stay

Disliked: I ask for a 7:30am wake up call. Call came at 8:30am...not very happy about the late call. It appears your times are still am hour behind like the clocks in room.
