Great location for travel. Quiet...

Liked: This hotel provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are quiet and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: This restaurant offers a morning breakfast however it would be nice if the breakfast included a bigger variety of food selection.

Wouldn't depend on Booking.Com in...

Liked: Booked through booking.com, prior to the date we informed property our documents and IDs were stolen and Police report made. Property said they would honor the refund. Bookin.com notified. Communication from Bookin.com stated they contacted the property and the refund wasn't being honored despite all Communication between both affiliates. Very disappointed in the failure to reconcile with Booking.com and reimburse despite prior notifications to Both places.
Disliked: Failures to reconcile with Booking.com and Booking as promised.

Too expensive for Turlock

Liked: The renovation. Clean
Disliked: The staff, lack of fresh coffee in lobby, no body lotion in my room, the safe was not connected or no battery so we couldn’t use it

Exceptional

Our stay was excellent.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: We used the last towels at the pool and told the front desk, but hours later we noticed that no towels had been added to the pool.
