Disappointing

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The juice machine wasn't working properly and no one seemed interested in fixing it at least one of the days. The coffee dispenser wasnt working one day so no decaffinated coffee. the blind in our room was broken and had to be held up with pegs. the pool was cold. My daughter who is disabled had medications stolen from the room.

Liked: Check in was quick and easy and the lady at the desk was really nice the bed was clean and comfortable

Liked: We enjoyed the breakfast and my kids loved the pool.
Disliked: Need to have more garbage bags available in room.

Liked: The front office staff were nice enough to take my complaints.
Disliked: There was no hot water either of the days we stayed not even lukewarm. There was also an issue with the rooms getting warm as the temperature outside was not warm. Our room also had a place in the ceiling where it was falling apart.

Disliked: The room smelled of cigarettes the bed was dirty and the next I was all bitten up from bedbug

Liked: Clean room Beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The toilet kept running.
