Overall I think we had...

Liked: The only complaint I have is the grounds were extremely dirty and the halls smelled very bad. The free breakfast was phenomenal and the buffet lady was terrific. When we arrived the front desk lady was very polite and even took a moment to play with my dog, he loved her. And the bed was very comfortable, we were disappointed with the TV, it seemed very low quality. We always had stayed in Holiday Inns for over 40 years and will continue. I was very disappointed with Tucson as a whole, the city seems dirty with a lot of debris everywhere. We will never be back to Tucson.
Disliked: Clean the hallway and carpet, make sure the side doors are locked and clean the property, especially in the back of the building it’s disgusting.

Liked: Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Bathroom had some wear & tear, such as rust around bathtub faucet, and grout along bottom of tub along tile floor could use some touch up.
