Liked: Breakfast was hot and lots of it; rooms were clean and well maintained; staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever your needs were; very good.
Disliked: Pool is outside! :( Went in the winter.

Liked: Location was close to good food spots and shopping center. Bed was comfortable but a little too soft for me personally. Room was nice and seemed clean.
Disliked: Water pressure to shower was not good and the toilet seat was broken and very loose. HVAC system was loud and made sounds that didn’t seem normal. Found a long hair in one of the bath towels.

Disliked: I checked in my room my key didn’t work so I came back down to correct my key card. I went back up to the room my key still didn’t work. I came back down and was issued another room so I went to use the key to the room and someone else was already in the room. I was finally issued another room that I was able to stay in for the night. I’m sure the person in the room may have filled a complaint because I wouldn’t appreciate if someone walked in my room.
