Liked: Nice hotel
Disliked: Breakfast was aweful. No service. Not ready at publicized time. Gravy, no biscuits. Receptionist said they hadn't had breakfast staff for 3 days. Window glass in bedroom was broken.

Disliked: got a king when I needed 2 queens. only 1 bag cart and was the same when I stayed there a year ago. staff was rude and had me stand at check in for 15 minutes because their printer kept jamming.

Disliked: Rude staff, check in was not available even an hour after check in opening time. Limited towels in room, went to ask for more, “ we don’t have hand towels or wash cloths”. Room was dirty, air conditioner had crumbs, whole in window screen, couldn’t open without having bugs from the dump yard behind the parking coming in. Bathroom has mold signs and wall paper coming off.

Liked: Pet friendly, staff very professional and friendly. Very helpful. Clean & comfortable.

Liked: Room was clean, breakfast was great and location was close to places I needed to be.
Disliked: Not a complaint, I wasn’t going to use it.. but the pool was under construction at the time.

Liked: The location was okay. You can turn right onto the main road. About 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: We booked here specifically because it said they had a pool. Its been under construction for the last year unusable. Also, had problems checking in so I stood in the lobby for an hour and a half before I could go to my room. Awful experience.

Liked: The room was amazing, the food was delicious. Staff was very kind.
Disliked: We were on the third floor, and the people above us on Saturday night were stomping in their room most of the night, so we didn't get much sleep.
