Disliked: Hot tub broke, heating unit was loud waking my family up multiple times. The bath tub was nasty.

Liked: Did not eat breakfast because having surgery at Saint Charles hospital
Disliked: A decent comfortable chair like a recliner instead of a uncomfortable desk chair.My husband cannot sleep flat in a bed due to medical problems and slept the entire night in this chair. Bed I slept in feels comfortable at first but during night it was uncomfortable due to no support or firmness.I woke up with bad back and leg pain and that made it hard to walk for awhile. Higher toilet seats would be nice instead of low toilet seats.But at least a grab bar was close to tub and safety grips in tub for safety good. How about a recliner in room or chair with footstool?

Great facilities and staff, poor...

Liked: Breakfast was great, staff very friendly. Room was comfortable and beds were good. Air worked well, as did appliances.
Disliked: The hotel rented out their conference room for a big kid's party Saturday night. If we had known they did this we would've stayed elsewhere. My daughter wanted to go in the pool but there were about 15 kids in there absolutely screaming, throwing footballs, it was a nightmare. She stayed in for about 20 minutes and we couldn't take it anymore, it was awful. And they were in there for hours and running around the hotel for awhile after that. When you're paying for a hotel you obviously know that you'll share it with other families, but save the kid parties for Chuckie Cheese. This hotel would've gotten a great review from us as the facilities and staff were great, but this spoiled our stay. The company should really consider what hotels are for before renting their spaces out like that.
