The hotel was nice and the room was clean, however, I was unable to obtain an extra pillow and I'm pregnant and needed one. The bed was rock hard and we couldn't sleep. There was a pancake maker at breakfast that didn't even work and the bagels were hard as rocks.

Liked: I stayed here before this would be our third time and this is the first time we had an issueWe like the hotel itself. Staff is cool too. I just wish the owner would be a little bit more resourceful and helpful they should be happy. They have an employee like Ethan and the GM‘s name I think Kristen working for them.
Disliked: When I had an issue with the Jacuzzi itself and the owner happen to be on premises and he came up and showed like he didn’t care at allIt took for the next morning for the toilet not to flush and then the GM accommodated me so I can’t be too mad
