Liked: The location was right at the heart, near Empire State Building, so that was good. The bed was comfy and toilet clean.
Disliked: But the bathroom glass door couldn’t close properly and the room was quite small. The breakfast spread was decent but minimal.

Liked: Breakfast was OUTSTANDING, delicious and plentiful!!!!
Disliked: The view from our window . We just did not open the curtains.

Brilliant location and good value...

Liked: The location was superb. The room was a good size and had plenty of amenities.
Disliked: Breakfast area very crowded and felt quite chaotic.

Stay out of this hotel.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We were robbed. Somebody broke into our room. We reported that to the hotel and they instructed us to file a report with the police. After that they wouldn’t clean our room, bring us fresh towels or take out the trash, alleging that because we had filed a police report they could not go into our room. We never had any help or support from the hotel staff.

Enjoyable.

Liked: Definitely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning! Location was in central part of Manhattan which was great for us as we walked majority.
Disliked: Elevators were definitely a little sketchy and ice machine stayed empty but other than that everything else was good.
