Fun memories!

Liked: I came with my grand daughters to experience the snow. The staff was awesome. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great!
Disliked: Everything was good!

Nice place, close to everything!...

Liked: Rooms were nice but the bathroom had some old wet stains on ceiling. I think they need to remodel the bathroom as well. But was ok.
Disliked: The bathroom was not renovated. The price was a little pricey for the type of place.

Extremely exhausting after rescuing ny...

Liked: Booking.com stated our charge didnt go through. Then charged us 1-2 days later. We are requesting a refund as we had to make a new reservation and pay Holiday Inn. The clerk wasn't very friendly and we were lucky to get a room. Your company messed up and we shouldn't gave to pay fir a room when the reservation wasnt valid.
Disliked: Clerk's attitude and your stealing our funds.

Disliked: The reservation was cancelled by booking, stating someone in our party was ill. I never requested that. The Hotel staff had a hard time figuring out what to do. Someone at booking made a big mistake.
