Liked: Nice hotel in Hague City Center. Close to Den Haag Central Station and tram lines. Best value for money for a short city stay.

Liked: We had a lovely stay in the hotel though we only stayed for one night. The staff were friendly, especially Arzu. Thank you Arzu. Location is central- shops, transport, museums.

Liked: Arriving at the reception to check in for a late night booking:The check in process should be something easy and smooth in my opinion, but not in this case. According to the receptionist, their system was not working hence I couldn't settle the bill for my stay straight away, which was weird in the first place since I had already paid in Booking.com.After 20+ minutes of waiting I asked if I could have the keys to the room and settle the rest on checkout (which should have been suggested by the receptionist in the first place imo) and the response was "sure, just let me try this one more thing to see if it works". Eventually I figured out I had been double charged and I had to call back to reception to deal with another situation. Not a smooth process but the room was fine. Not a lot of lighting options to create a pleasant atmosphere in the room but I guess that's also relevant to the price point. (Not sure if 160€ for a night is cheap though)
