Disliked: Do not stay here. We had to wait for the front desk to come check us and the 2 others who had been waiting in. He came in from outside smelling like weed. There is no ventilation in the elevators. Our room door was so hard to open and shut, the door either shifted or was put on wrong. When we walked into our sauna, I mean room, it was stupid hot

Disliked: Checked in mid afternoon room was decent. Breakfast was pretty bad even for a free continental the oatmeal was extremely watery. The sausages were not fully cooked. The egg patties were burnt and only had two of the same fruits available for a 3 night stay.The pool when I arrived on Wednesday was not clean and we’re not talking about leaves we’re talking about live frogs/dead frogs about three of them papers/flyer stuck at the bottom of the pool. So that was a no go to relax in the water.Hotel only has four floors but you literally wait about 10 minutes for that one elevator no matter what time of day/afternoon/night it was. Then the last morning of checkout, we got up around 8:45 to go have breakfast and it was getting extremely warm in the room. Didn’t think anything about it came back up by 9:00 am The AC had shut off. I called the front desk and spoke to the manager and she said she will send someone up an hour past by nothing now 11 o’clock. Still in a more than usual warm room, We’re starting to gather our things to get ready but now it’s still warm/hot in the room, so we’re trying to take showers pack our clothes in the room with No AC By the time we checked out, we heard that a breaker had blown, but no one ever came to our room to tell us that or check with us and when we were leaving, there was another couple in the elevator complaining about how warm it was in their room, but they were just checking in. I told them we were just checking out and we didn’t have AC since nine. All we got told was sorry so sorry we thought we know we thought this I’ve stood in this area before and paid half the price now maybe due to the Halloween event they’re double charging per night 160 for amenities and inconveniences like that definitely will not stay at this property again.

Liked: The location was very nice. I felt safe in this area. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean. The bed was awesome, very comfortable. Television had almost every channel available.
Disliked: This place is overpriced, and the water gets warm, not hot. $450 for 2 nights, and i can not get hot water..

Disliked: Charged me again even I already paid for rooms I paid for 2 rooms Weeks before When we arrived they charged me 60$ deposit 30$ for each room Then I realised that they charged me 255$ more like I didn’t pay for one room And 30$ more And nobody responding me now I asked for rooms next to each other week before They gave us room different floors In one room the ac was broken The floor was all wet And they didn’t change it
