Liked: Breakfast was very good and several choices to select from
Disliked: Everything wad good and great location Only thing I can say is maybe lower price

Location was perfect

Liked: Best staff ever! Extremely helpful, friendly, and all seemed happy to be at work.
Disliked: Cleaning could be improved.

Comfy beds and a great...

Liked: The staff is really friendly. It is always a pleasure to meet everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms are really comfy and pretty clean. I love the pool and the amenities. The morning breakfast could be nice.
Disliked: The breakfast items could use improvement. This hotel has so much potential, especially with the breakfast. This was my second time staying there. The first time the breakfast was pretty good. This time it was meh. It is missing freshness, a personal touch, and a few small upgrades could go a long way. Using fresher ingredients, and not so much processed items. If the breakfast was incredible, I bet other patrons would come just for that. Increasing brand awareness for the hotel.

Okay place to stay near...

Liked: Close to the interstate.
Disliked: Leaky toilet, needs renovation.

It was an okay place...

Liked: The closeness to the interstate. The staff was friendly and did suggest using a different enterance for my husband that was closer to our room. Some the housekeeping staff helped me get my husband and belongings into the car when we were leaving.
Disliked: This is a handicap room in which the closeness of the bed and dresser made it very difficult for a walker/wheelchair to pass. Also the lighting in room was very dark I.e. one night stand lamp , one on the desk so the person on opposite side of where the light was couldn’t read. The air conditioner had to be set at the lowest temperature with the fan running continuously in order for the room to get cool. This morning for I was expecting some hot food but their ovens were not working so all that was offered was cereal, rolls, bagels and yogurt. If you are a handicapped person you need more than one towel to use.
