Average with below average breakfast

Liked: Well located and clean. Comfortable bed and great blockout blinds.
Disliked: I wasn’t a fan of the glass bathroom and the room was very small. Breakfast was below average and as am dairy intolerant the options was limited. They had soy milk but i unfortunately can’t have that either. The bar next to the breakfast area had almond milk but i asked for some and was told no. The scrambled eggs looked revolting and frankly if they did fried or poached then dairy free guests could eat it.

Good for a four night...

Liked: The location, comfort and its brand. The guy staff was so helpful and even repaired our safety deposit box upstairs - he is Chinese I think and wears a checkered polo assigned on a dayshift schedule. Location was also good next to Macquarie mall and train station.The Aussie girl staff named Evelyn was also kind and attentive. I like her.
Disliked: There was one Asian lady staff assigned at night where she told me to come over to the reception area thrice when we asked for a brand new set of towels. It happened to me twice when I called the reception on two consecutive nights. I'd even understand if they are understaff but it looked they were not. She told me that I have to come down. What a pity! This is her job to do it. She was on a night shift schedule last Monday and last Sat or Sun night I believe and it is a shame to pass on her job to a client. Too bad, I wasnt able to get her name as I planned to complain her laziness and demeanor. It is good the hotel serves breakfast. However, I noticed the menu is a repeat for four nights. I also asked for my invoice receipt but they told me they dont give one if its booked via booking.com.

Liked: The location was great with an easy walk to the shopping centre and a quick drive to Qudos Bank Arena for a concert.
Disliked: The ensuite was opaque glass walled, meaning the room lit up when the light was turned on.
