It was lovely

Liked: Location was prefect to M4 as close as the hotel is there was no noise. Very clean friendly staff

Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: We were allocated an "accessible" room which whilst it was not a requirement still worked well for us.
Disliked: Directions to stairs to use as alternative to lifts could be better.

Convenient location & perfect for...

Liked: Convenient location as stop on way to Heathrow. Clean room, comfy bed and really good breakfast. Good value for money too

It was truly amazing experience....

Liked: Outstanding. The we breakfast was great. Hot food fulfilled our children’s expectations. The seating arrangements was great.
Disliked: There should be some room with fridges and microwave. There should be some biscuits to eat with coffee. There should be a vending machine & newspapers at the lounge.
