Great hotel

Liked: Fast and easy check in. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price and it was excellent. would stay here again.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Disliked: Air conditioning. Kept blowing cold air.

Good location

Liked: The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Also the staff on the night were very good. They let us 2 extra duvets and a heater. It was very cold that night.It was a good location as we were off to Royal Wooton Bassett the next day.

A comfortable nights sleep and...

Liked: Close to M4 and free parking made this an ideal choice. We loved the comfortable beds and Dove toiletries. The breakfast was really good too.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dark

Disliked: The shower cubicle showed signs of wear and tear and needs to be to spruced up. Shame, other than this small gripe, which did not impact our stay, the Hotel & our Stay were excellent.

Liked: Helpful staff, comfortable room.
Disliked: The breakfast was average. It was a very cold morning and the dining room had a cold breeze.

Liked: Well placed for me. Food always available.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was out of action on my arrival and I was on 3rd floor. At 72 years I was grateful for a fellow guest who helped me with my case!
