Worst Experience. Need my money...

Liked: Breakfast & Location was good.
Disliked: Most of the things inside the hotel and in the room was either broken or in the poor state. Knob for the shower to turn on/off was broken, Furniture were either broken/in poor state, Power outlets in the room was not working. Their computer system was not working and not taking the payment after trying for 15 minutes. Then staff asked me to go to bed and pay in the morning. After 45 minutes at 11pm at night, another lady staff called me on the room landline and then on my cell phone called me to come down to make payment else vacate the hotel. I had to come out of the bed to make the payment in the night at 11pm. This was my worst experience and I want my money back, Looks they have just got the name of HolidayInn somehow but they are not worth. They are giving bad name to HolidayInn.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. The outside and elevators and other areas are in need of maintenance wifi security needs to be updated and more training g for your staff. The two young people at front desk were very nice but they could use more training.

Liked: It was close to the freeway making it convenient and the clerk at check in did his best
Disliked: My room was not cleaned when I checked in at 9:30 pm and house keeping walked in at 830AM only to call out after opening the door
