Disliked: The elevator was out of order, so taking luggage up the stairs was fun. Otherwise our stay was lovely

Liked: breakfast first rate though it is help yourself and make your ownhad dinner but menu was all frozen and microwave, not a great choicethe parking is good and just off M4next to a Harvester (not sure if that is bonus)
Disliked: some of the staff where a bit curt and dinner choice mainly non British and all microwaved

A good value for money...

Liked: Room and bathroom were a good size. Good blackout from the curtains. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff excellent, friendly and efficient. Free car park. Convenient for where we were going.
Disliked: It was fine, no real problems

Overall, a good hotel

Liked: Conveniently located hotel with parking close to Swansea. The room was generally clean. The mattress was comfortable and the shower room was designed in a way that could separate the toilet from the shower if needed. Good quality hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo was also provided. Breakfast was average. Located next to Harvester pub was handy.
Disliked: The carpet was old and stained and not thoroughly cleaned all the way to the edges. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The hotel advertised that I would be able to take my breakfast on the go, but I was not able to. The paper bags provided could only safely hold croissants, not cooked breakfast. No plugs were located close to the beds.
