Great place to stay in...

Liked: Very close to tennis facilities where we participated in tennis tournament and restaurants.

Disliked: The obnoxious carpet

Disliked: Not so much meat at breakfast…. Try adding potatoes with onions peppers.

Okay for stay - needs...

Liked: The cleaning staff and breakfast staff excellent. Room suite was nice but had issues. Pool and hot tub is very nice. Awesome location in AZ.
Disliked: Reservation staff person not very personable (don't know her name). Room needed some work such as refrigerator (froze all food) had no freezer and no temp control, toilet roller falling off wall, too little space on bathroom vanity, not enough light in room as it appears to be missing a lamp and a chair usually next to the lamp. The room was a suite that has a separate living room area and it appears the property removed the second TV which is standard in other property suites. At least use the space where the TV used to be as dressing space for the person using the pull out or put in counter space for dining or desk space. Room phone has no directory on it for front desk or any other extension.

okay to stay for a...

Liked: venue was just okay. Stayed at many others much better places.
Disliked: staff asked us to leave at 11:00am and we were told at the booking we could leave at 1pm. This change our plans in not a good way. TV (second) would have been nice but appeared to be removed in suite for pull out sleeping accommodations. No balconies on this property either.

Liked: Very accessible to the main areas for food, etc
Disliked: There should be a bell we can ring to let the front desk know we were standing outside the main entrance of the bldg unable to get it to check in. We arrived a little after midnight and was only able to get in because someone was going out. There was a sign at the desk saying that the staff person just stepped out and would be back so we waited for about 10 mins. When we finally called out, the person emerged from just behind the wall of the desk and said he wasn’t aware there were guests waiting. We told him we waited because of the sign he left posted on the computer. There should be an outside bell AND a bell at the actual desk to get service. We had 2 children ages 2 & 6 and it would have been a cold waiting time for them in particular.
