Very good
Liked: Breakfast was good - something for everyone from cereal to omelettes.
Disliked: Our room key cards kept failing & had to go down to the desk to get reissued. Happened 3x. Also rate quoted by booking.com was $125 but not honored at hotel - theirs was $149! Why?

Suggestion, add soft close to...
Disliked: The exit door near out room was extremely lout when used, it disturbed our sleep.

I was fairly late getting...
Liked: The breakfast was very good! The location is sorta isolated now with an open field on the other side the street. Some day it will be built up.
Disliked: I somehow left the room and left my hearing aid charger I believe on the couch next to the small suitcase it should have gone into. I drove to Tucson and found out that evening that I did not have it. I waited until the next morning to call and see if you folks might have found it. I was going to have UPS bring it to Tucson, but changed my mind and drove back to the hotel to get it. Very pleased with your process of lost & found items.Thank You,

Liked: Clean, close to everything , quite the check in was great ! Friendly and helpful. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they supplied her with one .
Disliked: Leaving I asked for a paper receipt...I was told booking .com would send me one. I asked for a receipt with the charges. Got rolled eyes and was told I could get only room charges ... This receipt had no fees since I had no extra charges. I again asked for a printed receipt with all fees charged to my card reluctantly, and with attitude, I was given a receipt as I had requested . Obviously, I could get a receipt. She just didn't want to do the little bit of extra to do so . I've had issues in the past, the only reason I had asked in the first place and didn't really need the difficulty obtaining a simple receipt of what was to be charged on my credit card. I ask politely and expected the same respect and response to a fair request from a guest .

I would stay here again.
Liked: Everything was very clean and nice. I liked that I could see my car from my room.
Disliked: I travel with a cooler and use ice packs. There was no freezer space in the refrigerator to put my freezer packs to refreeze.
