From beginning to end the...

Liked: Location was convenient and breakfast services were top notch. Front desk staff, kitchen staff and room cleaning staff do a wonderful job and with a warm smile.
Disliked: There is nothing I didnt like about our stay and experience.

Liked: Convenient location right off the highway, but unlike other hotels I've stayed at near a major road, I did not hear any traffic. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub area was clean. The breakfast was exceptional. They had scrambled eggs and egg white omelets. They had both pork and turkey sausage. Lots of other breakfast options.
Disliked: When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation. This was Christmas Eve and there were very few people staying there. Finally, after having to pull my phone out and find the reservation confirmation, they found it under my first name. Seems natural to me that with only a few reservations and a guests first and last name, it would be easy to find a reservation. Other than that, I only have great things to say about this location.

Liked: Overall it was really nice and the employees were really friendly. The food was really good with a good variety of stuff. Lots of space in the hotel room as well.
Disliked: There were a things wrong with room like finding old pet food on the floor, we also dislike duvets.
