Liked: Easy to get to and location. It was quiet and beds were comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast amd coffee were great. The hotel was nice and clean.
Disliked: There were guests there the 1st night that were extra noisy. I called the desk to get help with the matter. I wasn't able to get to sleep until 430 am due to the distraction. I worked all day the day I arrived and was very tired. I should have just called the police since the hotel didn't seem.to.care that those guests were super loud and disruptive ALL night. I tried to speak with the manager and was told he was unavailable and busy Saturday morning. I will. Not stay here again due to the staff can't be bothered with disruptive guests.

Liked: The location, the staff, and the breakfast choices.
Disliked: The chaise lounge chair in the room had white spots on it. Didn't want to guess what it was. We just made sure we didn't sit on it.

WORST NEW YEARS EVE EVER!

Disliked: I NEVER EVEN STAYED HERE, ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BOOKED WITH BOOKING.COM BECAUSE THE ADD SAID THEY HAD A POOL GOT THERE KIDS WITH ME AND THERE INFACT WAS NO POOL! CANCELED THE BOOKING AND HAVE SPENT THE LAST 28 DAYS TRYING TO CONTACT BOTH THE HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM FOR A REFUND WITH NOTHING, WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN OR HOLIDAY INN IN YORKVILLE! THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF !
