Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good place to stay for a concert.

Room was ready early with easy check-in. Room was very clean, but just a bit worn (renovations in process). Nice hot breakfast with many choices and friendly service. We stayed here for a concert at the Santander Arena - convenient location, just a short drive to the arena.

The staff/ customer service was...

Liked: The room, beds were comfortable, shower was awesome. Loved the hot tub,(with the exception of the chunks of black hair floating in it), & the pool was okay.
Disliked: The guy that checked us in did NOT tell me there was a $50 security deposit, I saw the charge on my card after check-in, went down to the desk, had to wait a while for someone to come out, & then was told about the hold on my card. At check in we were given the wifi password, we couldn't connect, finally went down to the front desk around 10-11pm(we had Checked in @2pm), & we're told the Wifi hasn't worked since Friday 12/20/24. Chech-out is 12pm, but 9am the next morning housekeeping was knocking on our door & asking my son when we were leaving. We were on the 2nd floor & tried using the elevator to get a luggage cart & leave, waited 10 mins, it didn't come, we found the stairs, went down, one of the employees had the elevator stopped on L(lobby). The hotel was nice, the employees/ service was horrible. Don't stay here, it's not worth the aggravation.

Disliked: Mattress was uncomfortable. Noisy in the early morning because of renovations. I couldn't get the internet connected to my tablet.
