Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good place to stay for a concert.

Room was ready early with easy check-in. Room was very clean, but just a bit worn (renovations in process). Nice hot breakfast with many choices and friendly service. We stayed here for a concert at the Santander Arena - convenient location, just a short drive to the arena.

Disliked: Our first impression of the hotel was the filthy bathrooms in the lobby. Upon checking in, we learned that the pool was closed due to renovations. The indoor pool was a big part of why we decided to stay here and there was no mention of this when we booked. My sisters were in the room next to us and couldn’t get their tv to turn on. When the called down to the front desk they were told to hit the power button and were hung up on. The power button did not work. On the day we were checking out, housekeeping set up their carts outside our room. We had the do not disturb sign on our door, but they still opened our door without knocking at 9 am, check out is 12 pm. They stayed in the hall the rest of the time, which was noisy and crowded when we began taking our bags to the car.
