Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good place to stay for a concert.

Room was ready early with easy check-in. Room was very clean, but just a bit worn (renovations in process). Nice hot breakfast with many choices and friendly service. We stayed here for a concert at the Santander Arena - convenient location, just a short drive to the arena.

Decent stay for a night...

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great.
Disliked: The water in the shower is cold, the bedding was stained although the staff quickly fixed this.

We won't be coming back...

Disliked: We didn't know until we were almost there that the pool was closed due to renovation so we coukd cancel however we were extremely tired and didn't want to have to go through the hasstle of contacting booking.com so we stayed. We were NOT told that on the 3rd floor where we stayed there would be men going up and down outside the windows measuringvthem which was a bit disturbing since there were no dark curtains. Also the bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut the door. And it could have been cleaner. The ice machine on thev3rd floor was broken and this is what the floor looked like by the ice machine on the main floor with this trash picked up beside it.

This place was terrible and...

Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi are closed which is the whole reason I wanted to go there. The whole place was under renovation. All the walls have signs on them that say wet paint. There was no ventilation with all the paint and everything -had a headache most of my stay from it. The hall ways and elevator had the same things on floors my whole stay- so no hallways were cleaned or vacuumed. (An orange peel, pieces of paper, this whole place was just a mess. They never cleaned my room once or replaced towels or washcloths, cups etc. and I never had a do not disturb sign on. I was very embarrassed with my BF to pay so much money for literally nothing. Light switches in my room did not work and inside the mini fridge the freezer top was broken out. And for some reason the toilet flushes like 7 times instead of 1. I was so embarrassed thinking I was doing something nice for my fiancé for our valentines/birthday weekend.
