Extremely rude front desk staff

Liked: I liked the room and all the facilities they have to offer!
Disliked: The receptionist was extremely rude to me. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Would not let me keep my suitcase and 2 bags anywhere so I could use the restroom. Although we let them know when booking that I was using my boyfriend's card just to hold the room. He was at work so she said no way can I let you in a room until he is here. I said could we call him? She snapped back no. Shortly after a big hockey team came in and the coach asked her if she needed to see his credit card and she said oh no problem. My boyfriend called after I was crying for over an hour in the lobby. She said oh no problem sir we will send you an email and just sign and send back. Why she was extremely rude to me and didn't do that when I asked an hour and a half earlier I have no idea. She was very very rude, unprofessional and downright mean! You should not be working with public at all!! I will be taking it over her head and call head office tomorrow and I will never stay there again!! How disappointing. You truly never know what someone is going through. I have been going through one of the hardest times of my life and she treated me worse than a piece of gum found on the bottom of her shoes. I was crying and it just egged her on to continue to act rudely and even make fun of me and complain about me. And hear her and the other employees laugh at my expense in their office.
