Very old rooms in disrepair...

Liked: The breakfast and options were great. That was the best part of the experience for sure. Kudos to the workers doing breakfast The hotel location is pretty good too.
Disliked: The rooms are in disrepair. We had to move rooms 4 times for a one night stay! The first room had no black out curtain for the window with the bright outside lights shunting in…the blackout curtain must have broken and was gone. The second room had a leaking air conditioner so it was wet all over the floor! The third room we entered and it was a mess with the TV on (we thought someone was as staying there and the front clerk made a mistake). The fourth room we finally stayed in but it had air conditioner filters sitting on the desk. This hotel is in bad need of renovating the rooms. It’s not worth even $100/night.

Liked: We really appreciated the stay and the young lady at the desk on this Saturday night accomdated us it really felt like we was home i will be booking back with you again. Thank you all at Holiday End at 2308 montgomery blvd in wilson n.c. we love the staff that was there.
Disliked: No négative at all.

Why is my water off?!

Disliked: NOT HAVING WATER TO ACCOMPLISH MY DAILY NEEDS SUCH AS SHOWERING AND FLUSHING THE TOLIET!!!!! NOT KNOWING UNTIL WE TRIED TO FLUSH THE TOLIET!! STAFF GAVE BASIC RESPONSES WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION!! STAFF NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!! AND WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A WHITE SHEER DRAPES!!! LIGHT CAME IN AT DAWN AND THE LIGHTS FROM THE CAR DEALERSHIP KEPT THE ROOM LIT UP AT NIGHT. GOODNESS GRACIOUS
