Hotel perfect booking.com not recognized

Liked: The reservation by booking.com it's not recognized at the hotel and when I arrive to the hotel at 2 am the price change because the reservation not work so I paid extra so the hotel it's good the way the I did the reservation with booking.com no agree

Disliked: Booked specifically for the pool. Which was not open. Would have liked to have been able to cancel and go somewhere else due to no pool.

In need of maintenance.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: In need of some maintenance. It is a newer property (opened in 2019), but obviously nothing has been done to it since opening. We’ve stayed at this hotel every year at Christmas since it opened, and we’ve watched it slowly go downhill.

It was okay, probably wont...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were very kind
Disliked: I didn’t like the neighborhood. The pool was very disappointing- it was ice cold, unable to swim. Our carpet in the room was very dirty full of stains. The sun shade on the window had lots of stains.
