Nice with a slight inconvenience

Liked: Clean, rooms were nice breakfast was also good
Disliked: what I didn’t like about the property was one of the clerks in the front. They were checking people in. We had booked two rooms with Booking.com and when we got there, they said they were only one room. I showed them my confirmation with both rooms on them and the employee kept saying there was only one room not even willing to try to work with me. He said I don’t know what to tell you. We only have one room I called Booking.com got to resend them the reservation and there was another gentleman at the front desk before I can even step to the counter, the employee that was helping me before asked me how come I was back at the front counter and I informed him that I spoke with Booking.com and my reservation should be in the computer and he kept saying you don’t understand. We don’t have any extra rooms I proceeded to tell him that I don’t want an extra room I want the room I paid and reserved for the end of the night. We got our extra room. There was no need for him to be so sarcastic and didn’t even bother. Didn’t even care to take a moment to look further for our room, that’s the only thing I did not like about the property.

Liked: The front desk were very friendly and accommodating as we got in a little bit later than expected. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was delicious! Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.
