Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: In need of some maintenance. It is a newer property (opened in 2019), but obviously nothing has been done to it since opening. We’ve stayed at this hotel every year at Christmas since it opened, and we’ve watched it slowly go downhill.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were very kind
Disliked: I didn’t like the neighborhood. The pool was very disappointing- it was ice cold, unable to swim. Our carpet in the room was very dirty full of stains. The sun shade on the window had lots of stains.

Decent room for short stay

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The TV and fridge worked. I also liked the small wall in the bathroom, creating separation of the toilet from the sink. The breakfast attendant was very nice and accommodating. The pancake maker did not work but she kept everything else hot and full.
Disliked: The toilet handle was hard to push, you had to push hard. It also ran constantly. Water accumulated in the tub while taking a shower. One of the light plugs didn't fit, so it could not be used.

Disappointed in mobility access tub...

Liked: The breakfast the first day was good with scrambled eggs and biscuits.
Disliked: The second day of our stay the French toast tasted terrible, like the smell of pesticide. I threw it away. Tongs were hung through the handles of the lids on the hot food buffet. It seemed highly likely that the tips of the tongs that touch food would be brushed against the handles of the lids by people as they lifted the tongs from the handle they were hanging on. The toilet seat had brown stuff on it when we checked in. I had disinfecting wipes and cleaned it myself. The mobility access tub did not have a seat. It was not the tub that was in the photo on booking.com. The tub did not drain well. 1 shower with the drain open resulted in 7 inches of water in tub. It took about 10 minutes to drain.The bathroom door in the mobility access room was a very heavy sliding door. It was very hard to push open and closed. When open it blocked the fridge and the microwave.There was a drink ring on the nightstand which I cleaned. I ended up wiping down all hard surfaces.New Year’s Eve we heard non-stop giggling until after 2am from another room via a vent near the ceiling above a bed. I am not sure what the vent was for. There was an air conditioning unit across the room under the window.
