Disappointing

Liked: The room size was great and clean . Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant
Disliked: When we checked in the tv and lights and power outlets on either side of the bed didn't work at all. So the first night we had no tv in the bedroom. I called front desk several times and went down to the desk 2 times. The young man gave me another remote and . I explained to him that it's not rhe remote . There was no power coming from the plugs and sockets. So he came and checked and said let me go flip the power switch. Well he didn't. So the next day I spoke with a young lady from housekeeping whom at the desk and she ma'am I'm sorry for the issue . And that's he would personal check it herself and make sure it's fixed. She did take care of the issue . She was not dismissive like the young man.

Liked: Customer Service was great, especially the young man at the front desk. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was actually good compared to other hotels we've stayed before.
