A Nice cozy getaway

Liked: The property was nice quiet and cozy.
Disliked: The bathroom shower was dirty, long dark hair on the shower wall and door, water stains on the shower door, the Dove body wash that’s in the shower was empty. The nice lady at the front desk said she would send someone to clean our shower, but no one showed up. We felt harassed to hurry up and leave the property by the cleaning ladies who knocked on our door 4 times starting after 930!

Disliked: Unable to use streaming services, tub drain was clogged, and we were moved to room next door. Then that tub drain was also clogged and it took to the next afternoon to get that serviced. We showered in standing water the first night and the next morning. Pool was being cleaned and was not able to use till the last day when were checking out. Breakfast was not to our liking. The hot food was not desirable. Would not stay at another Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

Disliked: Bathroom tub needed to be replaced. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The toilet wasn't clean. The refrigerator froze everything and leaked all over the floor when I turned the thermostat down. Noise level from the connecting room.
