Liked: The receptionist we spoke with was extremely patient and helpful, we were lost and she helped to guide us in. Very pleasant when we arrived. Easy check in, room was clean, hallways clean. No complaints.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little dark.

Nice hotel close to the...

Liked: Christina at the front desk was so nice. She is a really hard worker. When scheduled housekeeping staff didn't show up on New Year's day she cleaned our room herself. We thought our room 106 was great. Very easy to get to. Comfortable bed.One kitchen staff member ( male) seems a little less than enthusiastic about getting breakfast items out in a timely fashion. The ladies working there were great though. The hotel was really busy over the holidays and breakfast items were quickly emptied. Staff might need more supplies to get breakfast out quicker. The ladies worked non-stop and were very nice. Liz from housekeeping is also a wonderful ambassador for your hotel. A very nice and professional lady. We were there for 16 days and enjoyed it.
Disliked: I thought the pool wasn't clean. We used it once and it definitely needs cleaning. The hot tub was also dirty. Other than that we were satisfied with the level of 'hotel clean' we saw. Our bathroom ( 106) needs some work around the shower.
