I had the worst stay...

Liked: I had the rest experience in my life at this Holiday Inn. I am a rewards member and I’ve been traveling using this hotel for many years. I don’t think that will be the case. I will be calling general manager today or whoever else I need to speak with you,
Disliked: I need to speak to somebody. It was quite an embarrassing situation.

Liked: People at the desk were very nice. The room was clean it was very easy to book
Disliked: Honestly the only thing I didn't really like was the hairs in the bathtub me. I cleaned it up. I have no problem with it but it might have offended somebody else

A poorly maintained and insecure...

Liked: I appreciated the convenience of the free parking and the inclusion of a basic breakfast, which met expectations for a transient hotel. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by the welcome staff during check-in—they were friendly, and made a great first impression. The amenities are minimal.
Disliked: Our experience at the property was disappointing due to several significant issues. The facilities are not well-maintained, including the gym, pool, and rooms assigned to us. This location is unsuitable for working professionals with families like ours, as it was extremely noisy—from the lobby to the rooms.The biggest concern was security, which led us to leave earlier than planned. There was no safe in the room, and we experienced a troubling incident where a teenager attempted to force entry into our room in the middle of the night and early morning. Attached pictures and videos demonstrate how easily the locks could be compromised, even with double locks in place.Additionally, the loud air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, and it seemed to be a common issue across both rooms we booked on December 26th. Basic toiletries were not adequately refilled or maintained. Although Janelle and Lori checked in on us, the promised resolutions never materialized. Screenshots of the communication are attached for reference.Overall, our stay fell far short of expectations, particularly regarding safety and comfort.
