The room was clean; the...

Liked: Good location; clean; great breakfast.
Disliked: When I checked in, my room temperature was 54 degrees and the thermostat was set on “cool”; the outside temperature was 20 degrees. The room located above us was quite noisy; they were clumping / walking around until 1am. The hotel charged me $8 above the quoted price on Booking.com and the people at the front desk couldn’t help me adjust the cost.

Liked: It was quiet, and even being on a major road it was not loud in the room.
