Liked: The cleanliness of the whole property was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and was very appreciated by my family.

Cozy Christmas Stay

Liked: I appreciated the clean, comfortable, amenities and contemporary ambiance, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The sound reducing walls and efficient room darkening shades for privacy and quiet sleep are helpful. Loved the built in night light, the shower pressure, and fan switch in the bathroom too. The pool temperature was pleasant, as was the whole climate of the hotel space.
Disliked: Improvements could include caffeine-free tea re-stocked and available for guests and our room tv being without the picture glitching.

Disliked: dishonest desk clerk we were to pay 93.00 even asked about military discount she said yes 93.00. My husband looked at the charges the next day 7 was chgd 159 and another $100!!! Was given no receipt and still holding our money thieves!!!
