Exceeded expectations for an "Express"...

Liked: The employee who checked us in was very helpful, (young guy with long beard), switched a room so my friend and I were in rooms closer to each other as we requested; just very professional and helpful. When I was about to leave, my friend and I were clearing our cars, and the plow guy asked it we'd like help--which we accepted--there were a couple of inches of wet snow to remove--appreciated the offer--above and beyond what we expected. Great breakfast options. And good coffee--always a plus given that some places just don't get the coffee right!
Disliked: The refundable deposits in case of room damage were unusual, but understand that that there's a history/context that necessitates the policy. Just have never run into that before. Not really a problem for me.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet.
Disliked: I booked and received confirmation for a handicap room with roll out shower. That is not what we were given. I complained at the desk and was shown two other rooms to choose from...neither of them had a roll out shower either! False advertising if they don't have these amenities. Very disappointed. Breakfast had good selection but food wasnt very good. Couldn't even cut the French toast with the little plastic knife provided.
