Liked: Breakfast was okay but when the hotel was full it could be a long wait in a line for food, and there weren’t enough tables. The location was great.
Disliked: There were crumbs on the floor, the windows were incredibly dirty, and there were a bunch of things that needed cleaning.

Liked: The entrance was clean and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The pool, looks a bit too small for the size of the hotel, was under renovation.

Liked: Location was easy to find, parking was free but not secure. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of hot food, muffins, bagels, cereal & an all day coffee bar. Pool was great! Beds were comfy and room was clean
Disliked: We were unfortunately put beside a very noisy neighbour and had to make multiple calls down to the front desk to see if someone could deal with it. Initially it was suggested that myself & my 5 year old move to another room. The next time we were told “oh, he’s very intoxicated but we’ll go knock again” and after the third call it finally was quiet. Then, our room started to smell like cigarette smoke every 30 minutes or so, until almost 2am. I am severely allergic and left with a migraine. The elevator was working when we arrived and was scheduled for repair the next morning; the same day we were supposed to leave. They shut it off at 10:30am when check out is for 11am. Would it not make sense to have it in service for the extra 30-45 minutes so everyone checking out from the 4th and 5th floors don’t have to attempt to carry all of their bags down multiple flights of stairs? I mentioned all of this to management, filled out a review with Holiday Inn and checked yes to “do you wish to have someone follow up with you about this review?” and almost 2 months later, I still haven’t heard anything back.
