Upon check in, staff was very nice, even though it was 1:00 am; bed was comfortable.

Liked: great location, close to subway station and walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and pubs
Disliked: walk-in shower not ideal. water was everywhere in the bathroom after taking a shower. Air conditioner was pretty loud.

Liked: Very clean and friendly. At the last minute I needed a late check-out due to my daughter’s volleyball game being delayed. They were very accommodating.

Liked: Nice, clean modern room. Breakfast was excellent also front desk lady was friendly and very very helpful upon check in when my friend’s reservation was screwed up.
Disliked: A very large group was there at the same time, they were very friendly but they took over the pool and fitness area making it very hard for other guests to use. Maybe a separate room could have been offered for them to hang out in. Having small kids completely fill fitness room should be unacceptable. This group was very very large.
