Upon check in, staff was very nice, even though it was 1:00 am; bed was comfortable.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Spacious room with king size bed that was comfortable and clean. Good choice for breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room 506 faced South. The traffic on Hwy 7 and Hwy 27 could be heard constantly. The heating unit was very loud. I had to turn it off.

Liked: Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, staff was amazing and helpful. We forgot to buy milk for our toddler before bed and the staff got us a small carton from the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The pool water was green and murky. Our kids were set on swimming but we questioned the safety of the pool water.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, great...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, our room was so clean and smelt so fresh. The bed was by far the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in. The complimentary breakfast had hot food, (bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs) which was amazing for a complimentary breakfast! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Disliked: Arrived at 3:30 pm to be told no room ready? They called housekeeping and told us to wait. Then said housekeeping must be on break…after 15 minutes we approached again and asked for any room as we were staying for a wedding and needed to get ready and not be late for the ceremony. The two ladies behind at reception responded that just because check in is at 3 doesn’t mean your room will be ready and it’s first come first served!!?? Towels are very thin and tinyBreakfast by 9 am was slammed no chairs/tables, no forks, no muffins, cinnamon rolls or potato’s. The one poor worker was run off their feet
