Liked: Booking.com said there were rooms available and we soon received a call from the hotel and was informed they had no rooms available. Booking.com needs to verify if rooms are available before booking a room.

Disliked: The air conditioner/heater was very loud and vibrated. Turned it off off at night so we could sleep but then the road noise was very loud. Refrigerator was really loud so had to unplug that. Also hot tub not working. Hot tub was why we chose this hotel.
