Disliked: The night shift workers they did not like kids and a lot of things was said from the staff and learned real quick that they was racially profiling first time ever feeling like this here have stayed here numerous times cause my kids love it here but I will never be back

Perfect Christmas Experience

Liked: It was a great overall experience for our family. From check in to check out everyone made us feel welcome. It was a christmas present for our grandchildren since they love experience with us more than presents. Being next to discovery park was nice and convenient as well. The breakfasts were fantastic and the attendant that took care of it was so sweet. She brought our grandkids coloring sheets and one of the sheets was Hello Kitty
Disliked: with four children it would have been nice to have a bigger room but that was it
