Nice hotel and I enjoyed...

Liked: Great location. Clean.
Disliked: Front desk was mostly unmanned. I wanted to let them know that my room didn’t have a bathtub as I had reserved, but no one came to the desk so I gave up. I saw another man waiting in frustration on another day. I never saw the clerk show up.

Good except for the check...

Liked: It was in a great location and very clean.
Disliked: We arrived at 2:30 to check in. Room wasn’t ready- realized check in was 3. Came back at 3:20 room still not ready. Room wasn’t not ready until 4:10!
